We believe everyone deserves a place they can feel proud to call home, one that offers comfort, stability, and connection. Blossom Gardens is part of Oregon’s LIFT affordable housing program, which offers homes at fixed, below-market rents based on local income guidelines.
Income Requirements
Rents are not adjusted to individual incomes. Instead, each apartment type has a set rent and eligibility criteria. To qualify, your total household income must be at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Marion County. You’ll also need to show a stable income of at least 1.5 times the monthly rent.
