How Affordable Housing Works!

  • Blossom Gardens is an affordable housing community. Affordable housing offers financial stability by providing high-quality homes at rents lower than typical market-rate apartments. Unlike subsidized housing, rents here are not income-based or adjusted. Instead, each unit type has a fixed rent based on local income guidelines.

    • 1 Bedroom $930

    • 2 bedroom $1,131

    • 3 Bedroom $1,316

  • To qualify, your total household income must fall at or below the following limits:

    • 1 person: $38,940

    • 2 people: $44,460

    • 3 people: $50,040

    • 4 people: $55,560

    • 5 people: $60,060

    • 6 people: $64,500

    • 7 people: $68,940

    All sources of income are considered, including wages, tips, child support, and other forms of income.

  • Yes, housing vouchers are welcome at Blossom Gardens.

    If your voucher covers part of the rent, you’re responsible for paying the remainder. For example, if your rent is $1,131 and your voucher covers $430, you would pay the remaining $701.
